The Lagos State Police Command on the 14th of January, 2023, confirmed the arrest of a mother and her lover, names; Busola Oyediran and her partner, Akebiara Emmanuel, for allegedly torturing her two children aged two and five, in the Egbeda/Idimu area of Lagos State.
The arrest followed a tip off by neighbours of the couple who witnessed them severely torturing the children leading to various degrees of injuries to their bodies.
The kids are currently in protective custody.
